Good morning Parkview Families,
I hope everyone had a productive week and is ready for a brisk, Halloween weekend!
Unfortunately, due to the bad weather today, we have to cancel our Halloween drive-by that was supposed to take place this afternoon.
I'm glad, however, that students were able to still wear their costumes this week and had some Halloween fun with their classes on Wednesday.
Taking us into next week, I wanted to share some helpful reminders:
I hope everyone has a safe and Happy Halloween! Be careful trick or treating!

- Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, schools are closed for Election Day and Teachers' Convention. Because of this unusual school week:
- 'A' and 'C' students will come to school on Monday
- 'B' and 'C' students will come to school on Wednesday
- As Dr. Brown's communication stated last evening, The District's Reentry Committee determined that we will stay with the hybrid early dismissal schedule for the month of November and reassess toward the end of the month.
- If your child is currently in a 'D' fully-virtual grouping, and you'd like them to enter one of the 'A' or 'B' cohorts for in-person school, two days per week, that communication must be submitted to me no later than November 20, for a November 30 start date.
- At any point, however, if your child is in the 'A', 'B', or 'C' grouping, and you'd like to switch them to fully virtual 'D' group that may occur.
I hope everyone has a safe and Happy Halloween! Be careful trick or treating!
Mr. Siegel
