Supply List:

Please send in a set of clothing for your child in a large labeled Ziploc bag.  (socks, underwear, a pair of pants and a t-shirt that your child can wear at any time of the year.) 

**PLEASE LABEL ALL OF THESE ITEMS WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME **

• Diapers/pull-ups & wipes (if necessary)
• 1 box of tissues
• 1 liquid foaming hand soap
• 1 pump hand sanitizer
• 1 container of toddler wipes
• 1 container of Lysol scrubbing clean up wipes
• 1 box of classic primary colors  crayola washable markers-10 pack
• 1 box of classic colors crayola crayons-24 pack
• 1 box of 6 (primary colors) do-a-dot (dot paint (daubers) markers)
• 1 pack of glue sticks

PLEASE write your child’s name on the above school supplies. They will not be shared.  Please put all of the supplies in a large Ziploc bag and write your child’s name on this bag.

Each day we will have a small snack, so please send in a healthy snack and drink in a small SNACK PACK  labeled with your child’s NAME  (eg: cheese stick, fruit, yogurt, veggies and dip, pretzels, goldfish, crackers, small water or 100% juice box,  etc.)  No cake, chips or candy, please!  Please remember that our classrooms are nut free rooms.  Please check any labels to ensure that you do not send in any foods containing nuts.
