About the Teacher

I attended The University of Delaware where I majored in Early Childhood Education. I received my teaching certifications in Teacher of Preschool through Grade 3 and Teacher of Students with Disabilities. 

Experience:

I student taught down in Delaware for a general education Kindergarten Room and an Integrated Preschool Room. I taught a Preschool Self Contained Room in Spotswood, NJ for the 2018-2019 school year after graduating from college in 2018. I started teaching in Parkview for the 2019-2020 school year and this is my fifth year as a preschool teacher here!

Bio:

I am from Holmdel, NJ and have wanted to be a Preschool Special Education Teacher since I was a sophomore in High School. I implemented a dog therapy program in the Holmdel Elementary Schools when I was in High School and brought my certified therapy dog to the preschool special education classrooms. That is where I interacted with the students and figured out this was the career path I wanted to take. I also love animals and have one dog and one horse.
